Claim Fire Insurance with CIMB

Hi Everyone,

Is anyone have some situation same like me?
I took my house loan with CIMB, they automatically charge fire insurance annually, but however, my condo management has bought the fire insurance too. The process is that if the management bought it, we have to cancel the fire insurance bought from bank.

However, I've pay both the management and bank for 2 years, now Bank only allow me to claim back the fire insurance for this year, not the last year. It is very unfair that I've to pay for double...

My fire insurance is around 1k per year...how can I get back my money?

I know it can withdraw the advance payment and rm25 will be charged.
But is the money will be withdrawn immediately to the saving account?
