Does anyone know where I can find LiveScribe or Equil Smartpens in Malaysia? They are like normal pens but they have a receiver that converts your writing into a digital format which you can then transfer to your mobile device or computer. Hello, everyone.

I have a budget of around 4,500 RM and I was wondering if you guys help with possible builds. I'd like the build to include the main components, along with Windows and a monitor, if possible.

Also, can someone explain the difference between the Xeon and Core i series of processors and which one is better and what the limitations of each are?
