Forex in Malaysia

Hello to all the sifus in Lowyat. I pretty much a newbie in finance and is a little curious about Forex in Malaysia. Googled a bit about it but there are so many website on Forex and I'm confused on which is the real deal. Where and how is the best way to get involved in Forex? What are the precautions that I should take before doing it and what are the things I should know?

Installing Adobe Illustrator CS6 on Surface

Hey! I have this Surface which runs Windows RT 8.1 and I need to install AI CS6 on it. I've downloaded the *ahem ahem* pirated version from the internet which runs perfectly on my HP laptop (with crack and all) but when I try to install it on the surface, it doesn't want to install. It says that I should try downloading it from the Microsoft store which is pretty much like app store without the program I want.

I have a friend who actually run AI on his surface. So, I kinda need some help on how to install it on my Surface. Any thing I should do and a different type of AI I should download?

Your help would be highly appreciated guys!

I heard about this Skim Kereta Pertama from a friend. It's about buying your first car cheaper as the taxes are discounted. As far as I'm concerned, I'm only aware that the skim was suggested by Khairy last year but is it already been implemented?

Any of you guys know about it? Thanks

Inspira 1.8 or 2.0

Having a long thought plan or idea to get myself an Inspira. But a friend of mine suggested if I'm surely gonna get the Inspira I should go for the first batch of Inspira (the 2010/11 model if I'm not mistaken). He said that it's mostly Japan spec rather than the newer model which are mostly localized.

So, just wanna know you guys punya suggestions and advice. Do you think it's a good idea to get the Inspira (second hand for sure) and if yes, is it real that the first batch would be much more better than that of the later batch?
1.8 or 2.0 better? I mean I know la 2.0 is much more better but I wanna know if 1.8 is underpower or got any problem with it. If it's all good, then might as well go for the 1.8. Cheaper roadtax and FC

Want to modify Kembara

Hey guys!

I have this 2000 Kembara 1.3 (no DVVT) which I'm planning to you know "modify"

So I need some basic advice and ideas from you guys. Currently the only modification I've done is converting it from 4WD to 2WD (rear wheel). The car has some pretty loud exhaust which I'm planning to change by next month. (waiting salary) and 17" rims on it (which again I'm planning to change next month also no money).

So that aside, I want to know if is it a good idea to install a open air filter like the con shaped air filter from K&N with CAI? Since my car is auto transmission, I want to know if it will affect the car performance or cause damage what so ever to the engine?

Where would be the best place to change my rims? Is 15" the original size? What would be the best suspension system for the car? (not so expensive one lor janji my car won't overturn and the passenger don't get broken hip, I'm happy )

And anyone know where to get the car paint for a good affordable price and good quality?

Any other advice you guys might to give since this is my very first project

Need advice on buying house

Hey guys! Need a lil help here. I planning to buy my first house maybe by middle of next year (2015). So I'm just wanna have a rough idea on where would be the best place to buy. I'm looking to buy in Klang Valley area since my parents have their medical check up in University Hospital now and then. So will have to put that in mind when buying. New or second hand property wouldn't mind as long is a landed property.

I know this might sound absurd but I'm looking for a house below RM400,000. Maximum that much only. Cause I'm trying to get the My First Home Scheme loan.

I heard Klang Valley all house price is like super expensive..

So any ideas or help guys.. would mean the world to me!
