Best way to receive USD income

I plan to work some part time and probably might receive around 3000-4000 USD per month. What is the best way to store this amount?
If I ask the payer to direct transfer to malaysian bank account, as I know, I will lose alot on conversion and also might alert LHDN since big sum.
If I use transfer wise, but it can only hold up to RM20k in wallet, not a way to stash.
Any other way? I might need to use certain portion of this money on daily expenses, not alot, but some. That one I guess probably can be done through transfer wise.
But eventually I guess i need to transfer money from wise to some sort of "wallet/account"

Paypal, Payoneer, this kind of online platform?
Any suggestion?

I notice some personal current account provide high interest rate like 2+%. When I ask the banker, there seems to be no any limitation/requirement or special fees. What is the hidden agenda? Why can it provide high interest rate compare to a saving account?

If I'm running drop shipping service for electronic items, such as laptop, headset, keyboard, etc etc..
Do I need to provide receipt because ofcoz I earn some profit, thus the price shown on the original receipt (which usually can be downloaded from Manufacturer website) will be slightly lower.

If I need to, then any software to recommend? or any format will do so I can just do in excel/words?
Is there any legal binding for customers' tax rebate since we have RM2500 lifestyle tax relief ?

Know a Filipino family who is staying here in KL for few years illegally. No passport (got hold by agent or sth), 2 kids no documents.
Husband used to work in restaurant, now jobless due to MCO.

Since no document, kids cant go to school. Since no document, I think cannot become grab delivery too.

I wonder is it because due to MCO or nowadays contractor is so popular? or my project is too small. somehow i contacted 3 contractor for 2 weeks, only 1 come and somemore he's so late to provide quotation. no quotation after 4 days =_=

my budget = normal style, not premium
But things I want to do

House size : 932 SF
Condo : Pelangi Damansara
Renovation :
- Change 2 toilet floor tile , water proofing, toilet bowl, sink , install undersink cabinet
- wet kitchen cabinet (already have concrete table top), install hood and might need to fix some wall tiles
- plaster ceiling
- Redo wardrobe door panel to wood + white color
- change power switch and electrical point
- paint whole house , paint grille, check water leakage
- move some lighting, fan
- remove/reposition some existing fixture

Then must I register a company to give official receipt?
Word/excel/hand written receipt cannot?

Currently she's learning with a teacher but I found that the syllabus is not that "standard" or popular like Yamaha, never heard she can/will go to any sort of exam or what. Never heard the teacher say that.
Any good recommendation? Just want to try and see if it's better or any difference.
