An elderly uncle learned this the hard way after he was caught stealing a RM600 pair of sneakers.

As per a report from Sin Chew Daily, a Tesla proprietor utilized the vehicle's Sentry Mode to spot an elderly gentleman who pilfered his pricey sneakers, valued at a staggering RM600.

The sequence of events unfolded when the Tesla owner concluded his 2-hour morning jog and opted to air-dry his sweat-soaked shoes while awaiting his son's completion of a badminton match.

Positioning his footwear in the sunlight behind his stationary Tesla, he strolled to a nearby diner for breakfast. Upon his return, his shoes had vanished!

Promptly, he reviewed the surveillance footage from his Tesla, which was in Sentry Mode while parked, revealing an elderly individual absconding with his shoes.

"The camera vividly captured the gentleman's visage and license plate, prompting me to immediately scour the vicinity for him, and I fortuitously encountered him," stated the Tesla owner.

"After disembarking from my vehicle, I approached his car and confronted him. Initially, he adamantly refuted the accusation, even questioning my ownership of the shoes," recounted the Tesla owner.

Eager to dispel any doubts, he then retrieved his phone and presented the elderly man with the camera footage, prompting a surge of fury from the culprit.

Realizing he had been apprehended, the elderly man flung the shoes onto the roadway and lambasted the Tesla owner for "disrespecting his seniors."

Preferring to avoid further confrontation, the Tesla owner retrieved his shoes and departed.

KUALA LUMPUR: A woman suffered head and knee injuries after her car plummeted from the first floor of a car park here.

According to the City Fire and Rescue Department, the incident occurred at 1.05pm on Friday (March 1) along Jalan P. Ramlee.

Its operations control centre said two fire engines, an emergency medical rescue services vehicle and 15 personnel were dispatched to the scene.

"When they arrived, they found a car overturned with its roof smashed in.

"A woman in the vehicle suffered injuries to her head and knees," it said in a statement, adding that the victim was given first aid and sent to Hospital Kuala Lumpur.

"The cause of the incident will be investigated by the police," the statement read.

What is your experience of road hogger in Malaysia?

I personally feel most ppl don't understand traffic law in Malaysia because mostly kopi license.

If kena cabar on the road by getting honked, they quickly go road rage.

Somehow to Malaysian, a honk means you kena scolding very teruk version instead of taking it as an alert from the other driver.

Pre-planning
