Payroll/ HR software

Hi,

I am looking for a HR/ Payroll software for my company of about 200 employees. Am currently using UBS, but it's not very user-friendly and there are some things that are quite troublesome to do such as EPF, PCB.. etc

One problem is that there are about 11 companies altogether under the group. And of course, the managing director will have salary in all these companies. Are there any softwares that can link all the companies together and total up the salary for the same people? But at the same time, have a separate record for each company as well?

And due to the nature of the business, if sales people sell something for another company, incentive/commission will be given. I require a software that can easily transfer the details of the staff to that other company. Also, as we sometimes transfer staff between companies, the PCB calculation will have to include the salary from the previous place.

I am still quite new to the UBS software, but I realized that the PCB calculation is not correct due to the settings. Because the SAGE cover has expired, my boss was thinking of changing to a new software that might be better for our nature of business.

Need help from you guys on recommending something that suit the company. Thanks!
