Experience Of Asus After Sales Service

The below is my personal experience. Just sharing. If you don't like it, please leave it.

As long holiday come, i decide to work in computer shop. and very lucky i got chance to set up a Asus premium series laptop: Zenbook series, UX303LN (i5 processor) for my customer.

At that time i was really stunned by its material (aluminium one, stylish and cool all the time, ultra thin some more) performance also awesome(for normal use, no chance to do stress test and review since shortage of time, sorry!)and i hand it to my customer on 4 december.

And what make me shock is customer had return the laptop on 31 december and complain the abnormal noise from hard disk and after double check confirmed it had hard disk problem and have to claim warranty...

now the problem come in, a premium series laptop can be faulty in less than one month time! (maybe that one is lemon unit la, but QC of Asus is really suck lo)

today had reported to asus, awaiting for pickup, later will update how the Asus after sales service. Is it really suck or just someone want to bring down the Asus reputation.
