GPU crashes after installing graphics driver

Hi there,

I just recently bought a R9 380 Armor, but when I install the amd drivers it suddenly went black and started to show white artifacts(?). Although before installing the drivers I could see red horizontal lines on my screen.

Thing I tried :
- reseating the gpu
- installing old "stable" drivers
- using both dvi-d/dvi-i ports
- clean install of the gpu drivers using ddu
- properly connected the gpu to my psu (500W)

should I send my GPU back or is there a solution for this problem?

Steam Wallet ? (SOLVED)

Hi, I had used the Maxis Steam Wallet Top-up service. But until now my steam code has yet to be shown.

I entered a non-maxis number in the top-up ticket option. Then a pop-up window appeared as shown in picture 1 [attachmentid=8811596]. Then I clicked on the Skip This option. After that, I put in my hotlink voucher pin. But the thing is after I put in the correct hotlink voucher and click on continue, the only thing that is shown is transaction complete and the Back to Publisher site option. After that there is nothing shown regarding my Steam Code that I had just bought. I then, went ahead and repeat the things that I mention above but seems like my top-up voucher can't be used anymore. As shown in the second picture. [attachmentid=8811612] .

Should I just wait or what ? I don't mind losing the top-up voucher but I still want to know the status of the Steam top-up site. I can provide you with the non-maxis maxis number I entered and the voucher I had used for this.

I hope this is the right place for this. If I not I'll just close this post.

P.S I don't know if my pictures are showing right.

Hi, I'm just wondering if the steam wallet code topup is still available for non-subscribers ?

It says there " If you aren't a subscriber, please use the Hotlink Top Up Ticket to pay instead. "
But when I click the link it redirects me to the same page.
