ARES III Weird Artifacting Scenario

Here's the situation. My rig, in the signature, is able to play AAA games at maximum settings, most of them anyway, on 1080p resolution with NO artifacts whatsoever even when I play games 8 hours straight. But when I used a benchmarking programs like 3dmark, Unigine Valley, Unigine Heaven, 3dmark11 etc etc, artifacts instantly appears and my screen would blackout and I need to hard reset to get to the desktop.

Temperatures is not the problem because I have both MSI Afterburner and HWinfo open on another screen to monitor my temps. GPU never goes above 60 degrees and the VRM only reaches 68 dgrees. On top of that I dedicated ONE Koolance Exos for the ARES III alone for better cooling, my cpu is cooled separately. Then why is it doing this? If it is the RAM, I laready did Memtest 86 for 8 hours and there was no error found. If it is the CPU, then it could not be because it never crossed 60 degrees while heavy gaming. Overclocking? None whatsoever-both CPU and GPU are at stock settings.

Guys, any ideas?

1200watt PSU + 3000 VA AVR

Hello again fellow members and sifus of LYN. I have a simple question regarding the topic. I have been using an AVR with a rated 3000 VA for my ARES III rig.
Here is my question, is it able to supply enough power to my rig? I am asking because my rig is not stable when I overclock it using asus built in EZ Mode in the uefi bios.
My rig would reboot/restart when I stress it with 3dmark firestrike. Oddly enough, ROG Realbench would succeed even when I stress test it for 8 hours straight.

Is it the AVR or do I need to upgrade my psu to 1500 watt? Please advise

EDIT: My rig also have LOTS of accessories, maybe that could be the cause? Here's a list of what is installed:

+ ASUS ROG FRONTBASE
+ XSPC Raystorm D5 Photon Liquid Cooling Kit (For CPU and MOBO)
+ Thermaltake Big Water Liquid Cooling Kit (For HDD)
+ 12 120mm Fans
+ 2 Kits of Nuclearteac CCFL Light Tubes
+ NZXT Fan Controller
+ NZXT Led Lighting Controller
+ Bitfenix Recon Fan Controller
DX12 Multi GPU Ability

Hello guys, I was just wondering, I read an article where it says that DX12 will have the ability to utilize multiple GPU. No, I am not talking about SLi or CrossFire.
According to the article, DX12 will be able to combine all the processing power of all GPU in a system.

This includes iGPU and discrete GPU, regardless of manufacturer (Yes, you can have both AMD and Nvidia GPU in the same sytem). Is this article true? if it is, WOW!
It's just... WOW!

Here's the link to the article;

http://wccftech.com/dx12-nvidia-amd-asynchronous-multigpu/

Will my PSU be able to handle it?

Just like the Title says. Here's the full spec (the siggy is not updated)

Main Components;

MOBO: Asus Maximus VII Formula
CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K Stock Clock
CPU Cooler: XSPC Raystorm AX240
RAM: 16GB Avexir Blitz
GPU: Asus ARES III Stock Clock
GPU Cooler: Koolance Exos 2 V2
Sound Card: Asus Xonar Phoebus Solo
SSD: x2 Intel 730 Series 240GB
HDD: x2 Western Digital Red 3TB
HDD Cooler: Thermaltake Big Water 760 Pro U+Preytek Water Block
PSU: Corsair AX1200i (1200 Watt)
Mouse: Mad Catz M.M.O.7
Keyboard: Mad Catz S.T.R.I.K.E.7

Accessories;
Bitfenix Recon fan Controller
NZXT Fan Controller
NZXT RGB Led Controller
15 120MM Fans
x1 Silverstone Red LED Light Strip
x2 Blue LED Light
x4 Nucleartec CCFL UV Light Tube
Roccat Apuri Mouse Bungee/USB
Aerocool Wrist Cooler

Sometimes my 60' Samsung TV would black out for one second and then comes back on... hence, I am a little worried if my PSU will not be able to deliver enough power to my whole rig.
Can anyone share their opinion whether my PSU will be able to support all of my components?
Best Temps for GPU VRM

Hi LYN seniors, not sure if this has been asked or discussed but I am gonna ask anyway
What is the best or maximum temps for a GPU VRM to avoid CTD? I played Dragon Age at a 4K resolution, and suddenly my PC CTD. Used GPU-Z, and noticed the VRM Temps at 66*C, is that what caused my PC to crash? Please share your opinions LYN Seniors. Planning to add another Radiator to my GPU if that is indeed the case.

ASUS ARES III Overclocking Problems

Alright, I recently assembled my rig. Not playing games at the moment, more on testing stability first. Here is the setup;

CPU - i7 4790K at stock 4.00Ghz
RAM - 16 GB Avexir Blitz at AUTO 1600Mhz
GPU - ARES III Overclocked at CORE 1125 & MEMORY 5500 (Stock Clocks are 1030 & 5000)

Here's the thing, I use 2 Different games to test out it's stability, they are Assassin's Creed Unity ACU and Dragon Age Inqusition DAI.
On ACU, everything is stable I can play 6 hours straight with out any hiccups from the GPU but on DAI, 15 minutes into the game, BAM!
CTD with no warning error.

I can confirm the temps is not the problem because my GPU is liquid cooled with max fans and max pump power. Highest on ACU is 60 Degree C, the VRM is slightly lower
at 59 Degrees C.

So, it is either my PSU (Corsair AX1200i 1200Watt) or DAI itself is at fault... me thinks. Or 1200 watt is not enough for the ARES III when it is overclocked like crazy?

Any opinions sifus?
