Complaint to Yensen Plumbing service

Calling Yensen today and confirm the schedule that he will drop a visit to my house around 4pm. I even send him my house address and reconfirm with the time visit in my sms. I waited him untill 4.50pm which has no sms even call return to me. I did call him for 3 times around 4.30pm but nobody pickup the call. He did not come as promise with no reason given to me. I do not think he will offer professional service at all.

Morris Decor have caused me havoc

I have bought 2 security doors from Morris Decor on 21 Oct 2011. We have given our request of having the door "brown" colour and the doors should be opened out. We have also asked several times if the doors can arrived 6 weeks later. The salesgirl and Salesguy, named Ah Yen and Ah Sam, have committed that the doors will arrived from 4 to 6 weeks, saying 6 weeks will sure be done. Given the confirmation and giving the "trust" to the promise made, we waited.

Didn't we know that the doors have caused a havoc to our renovation and pulling back the move in time for our new house. As we have engaged the contractor for tiles, painting of our walls, the cabinets and the air cond servicing as well. As the installation of the new doors will require hacking at wall, we have to wait for it to be done before installing the tiles and then paint the walls and last the airconds servicing. The cabinets will need to be install only after painting takes place. So in short, installation of security door should be done first.

We called on the 4th week to get an update from Morris Decor, a gal named Ah Yin picked up, mentioned that she will return call to update me. But each time we called, they will never return call until we force them to give an update. They mentioned the door is on the way from china. On the 5th week, we called and same phenomenal, nobody return call. And finally on 6th week, we called a few times and found out that they have delivered the wrong door from china - a white door and the door is opening inwards instead. They didn't give me a solution how they are going to resolve the issue but ask us to wait for 10 days! We were very unpleased since all other contractors have allocated their time to renovate my house and due to this door, they may only be able to renovate my house the following months due to the heavy orders for year end. This is really disturbing.

We went to the shop right away on 5Dec2011 requesting for their alternative solution. Ah Yen didn't bother to assist us. Poor Ah Sam have to hear our frustrations. During the whole event, they never apologise to us. This is really disappointing. They said they will give us a call the next morning by 11am. However, Ah Yen called at 11.45am instead the next morning telling us they will only get us the door by 16Dec2011. We beg those contractors to move their renovation work to 17Dec2011.

Today - 15Dec2011, we call Morris Decor and they told us they can't deliver by 16Dec2011!! I really want to faint. They are really the worst sales service i have ever faced! Breaking promise after promise. And we were trying to reshuffle the renovation time one time after another, begging the contractors for reschduling. And we are trying to move in by end of the year to reduce financial burden but this is really causing more pain than ever.

I am really disappointed with Morris Decor.

Got an US company job based in malaysia

Hi folks,

Just got an offer from a US company without a company based in malaysia while i would like to know in how such EPF, income tax, socso, etc can be setter for it. I have been waiting for the offer letter since 2 weeks ago, however the US company is not able to release it untill the above has been resolved. I have the possible solution as below, not sure it works or not:

1. Get an accountant company to handle/ manage your salary profile. Each month pay RM100++ for this.

2. Register an Enterprise company under your name, run your job as business. However, still need to get accountant company to setter this part for tax issue.

Why Panny P42S10K stop manufacturing?

Bought this unit 1 month ago from iambloodysick. However, notice that this has been stop manufacturing now. Anyone here knew the reason behind? Anyway, so far im very satisfy with this plasma performance.

just curios if any Apartment/ Condo is ready for ASTRO Byond? Astro has rejected my application and stated need to wait for 18-24 months for the readiness since my apartment equip with centralise dish... but what i tought will be longer unless they are any solution to overcome this. too bad....

kindly share in how astro can overcome this in your apartment or condo that using centralise dish?
