windows 8.1 - 8GB RAM become (6GB usable)

Hi all,

just install windows 8.1 yesterday. do some exploration, but i found at system properties that was my RAM 8.00GB in parentheses is (6GB usable). what that mean?. any explanation. in my knowledge windows 64-bit should support more than 4GB RAM than windows 32-bit (correct me if im wrong). my motherboard got build in VGA, already disable at BIOS. wondering if my graphic card on PCI-E eat up my memory? it's possible?. previously installed with windows 7 64-bit there was not remark as usable RAM. so confused, any solution will help?..thanks in advance.

hi all

Apologies is my question look dumb. anyone here know how to set notification sound to play the whole song due it's only play for 8 sec (default). i have been try looking under the setting but didn't find any clue.I always leave my phone in my room for some reason so if someone whatsapp or message me for urgent matter i really not noticed due the notification sound too short even i set the volume to maximum. for your information im using samsung s3 with android version 4.3.

Hi all,
I’m here just want your opinion about 2 between hard disk WD RE4 and WD Caviar Black for my desktop. I was wondering which one is better in term of reliability and mostly is performance. I not concern about noise or power consumption because I believe my power supply can handle. I have some time to searching over the internet, and its look this 2 hard disk didn’t have much different at all. Some people said WD RE4 is better than WD Caviar Black and some people said otherwise that make me some confused to choosing. I hope who’s has experience using this two kind of hard disk can give me best opinion or suggestion. I don’t have much time because the currently hard disk I use are S.M.A.R.T failure, just thinking to replace my hard disk before its malfunction. sorry for my bad English.

hi all.

anyone here know what name of this restart and restore software. here i include the screenshot and attachment file about information my PC. every time i save my work at all partition and after restart all my file gone. the file only can save at my documents, its look like back to previous setting. actually this is my second PC. i just purchase from my neighbor because his moved to sabah and i lost he contact number, so i cant ask him what exactly he install to him PC. my last choice is format, but lazy to do so. just now i only want to disable or uninstall that software. any solution for my problem really appreciated. sorry for my poor English.

MS Word how change size font to inches size

hi all,
can someone here help me?.

can teach me how to change or convert my font size to inches?. i using Microsoft word 2010. but someone told me max size at ms word 72=1 inches? that true? so how i can type word size 3 inches? example:- i want type this word "hello" size 3 inches at ms word.
i confused where i can change my font size to inches. if you never mind can include step by step how to do, because i not familiar using Microsoft word.

hi. i want to know its there got software can control my pc from anywhere using smartphone (im using nokia 5800)?. just now im using SymRDP (http://www.telexy.com/Products/ProductInfo.aspx?ProductId=21) but it only support wireless connection not internet connection. i already ask mr.google, but the result not really satisfies. my pc running 24hour per day because i torrent/downloading movie, so i can monitoring or controlling my pc from anywhere using smartphone with internet connection. hope someone can help me out. thx.

or my computer support only 3.25GB? any explanation and how to fix this problem? i read my motherboard specification can support until 32GB (if i not wrong)
