How is the internet work?
If it taxed based on your daily bandwidth usage that's mean they got to know and report everything you download from internet then they can have all the record of your data. If they taxed based on your monthly subscription let say 1mbps line will only charge on your rm88*xx% it will be better.

So how do they charge?
