Planning Engine Swap for AE101 (m)

need a bit info..
this is a weekend balik kg car.. family car
just bought for 1 month. spec.. 1.6M 4AFE milleage done 363000 km, 15' sport rim n muffler.
engine in good condition.. no major problem.. i think so laa
currently need to change new clutch. feel slip some time
also rear drum brake not function well. pull handbrake.. nothing.
speedometer a bit light.. showing 100kmh actually 75kmh only. usually drive above '150' hehehe
plan to standardize height of the car. previous owner love lowered profile.
absorber standard but standard spring being cut n bakar.. so hard. not comfort.
dashboard a bit comot with all aircond vent broke.
real speed 100kmh clocked at 3.5k rpm with 4AFE Manual
fuel consumption near 12km per litre (rm60 go 400km) .. so so la for me
need to change timing belt, engine oil, gb oil n bla2..

with all these.. thinking to swap better engine (need better fc, better power, newer engine, better gearbox ratio)

current halfcut price. last month survey
silvertop auto rm2k rear disc brake given
silvertop manual rm2.5k with rear disc brake
blacktop manual 5 speed rm3.5k rear disc brake given
blacktop manual 6 speed rm4.9 - 5k rear disc brake given
dun like supercharge 4agze bcos driveshaft problem

if i swap for silvertop into AE101, izzit plug n play? plz detail
how about blacktop AE111 into AE101? any adjustment? detail needed
what about dashboard? both fit nicely?
lastly, izzit other parts (alternator, compressor, drive shaft & bla2...) can interchange between 4AFE and 4AGE 20V?
spare part easy to find rite after convert?

i need to share any experience using 4AGE 20V..
performance compare to b16a, mivec, gsr?

plz let me know 'common' problem for 4AGE 20V..
it might help the others who plan to swap.

p/s : heard a rumor that silvertop has wiring problem, ecu problem, sound from gearbox and AFM sensor failure.
blacktop also has ecu problem and weak internal parts. not strong as silvertop. how about 4AGE 16V? so many question.

dear all,

i currently own proton wira year 1998.. its sedan and powered by 4g15 injection manual. i took it on year 2000 at 41k. after 7 years with it, i almost done my monthly pay this year. by the way, there were knocking sound in engine. mechanic suspect it was conrod bearing problem. so suggest me to change the engine rather repair it because my brake also problem, radiator also got problem.

at first, i also plan to change to better engine n done some minor problem. after thinking a lot, i plan to change the car. so i already survey some 2nd hand car.. like toyota SEG, Honda EK and EG. but my budget were 25k below as i would like to trade the wira.

then, i found honda EG year 1993 1.6manual selling 21k with new paint, d16z sohc vtec, clean interior and look new exterior. milleage 230k if i not mistake. so i plan to buy it. i already go and test it with my mechanic.

the shop willing to take my wira at 12k. and i need to top up another 9k instead to grab the civic. civic EG look nice and beautiful to me. my wife also agree to take it.
i already made a decision to take the civic another few days.

since i new to honda, i need ur guys opinion.

what should i do? izzit worth?
is there common civic EG problem?
i dunno whether i upgrade or downgrade..

so this thread like 'civic EG 1.6 sohc vtec 1993 vs wira 1.5 injection sedan 1998'

what do u think? am i doing right thing??

thinking to service the civic engine. change engine oil, gear oil, timing belt, new head gasket, clutch, brake pad, radiator coolant, tint a film and new alarm to civic..
btw, feel sad to let go the wira.

hi.. i'm have one kancil 850 ez year 2000

for ur information, the fc for this kancil is bad comparing to my wira manual 1.5.
an example
the wira .. take only rm20 for 180-200km
for the kancil .. it take rm20 for 130-150km

is there any mod i can do to get better fc??

i'm planning

1.. to put nitrogen gas into the tyre.. izzit fc okay?

2.. also plan to change the auto gearbox (3speed) to L2S auto gearbox (4speed). okay to do this for fc?

3.. probably do bigger piping. how do u think?

i dun wan to change it to manual.. prefer stick to auto as i always stuck in city jammed. i wan to get better fc coz i'm using it for work and travel more than 100km perday.

hope ur idea and advice can give me better fc.. thx
