Dear all, I would like to hv a new SIM Card, which is only for tablet's data plan, no need voice call. My usage is very low, about 100-200MB per month only. Any suggestion which plan i should go?

Can apply loan if only hv Vendor S&P?

There is a scenario at here:
The house owner don't want sign the agreement of purchase, only pass his S&P to buyer to apply bank loan, if loan approve the vendor only will sign the agreement of purchase.
Is it possible the buyer able apply loan without the agreement? pls advise.

Return the Compensation from Developer to Seller

Going to buy a house which is under development, the vendor would like to have an agreement that if developer pay compensation due to late delivery of house, the compensation have to pay back to vendor. is this fair to buyer?
Please advise. Thank you.
