            <description>Hey guys..I am kinda stuck at my current stage..but I continue plz let me state down my body condition..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) multiple hernia disc..2 or 3 compressed disc around my lower lumbar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) poland syndrome,  I posted somewhere here before about this syndrome..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3) right leg bone slightly longer than left&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4) had a crack on my left hip bone before&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Take note all the above wasn&amp;#39;t injuries from weight training..had some bad childhood incident..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Would like to know if deadlift, squat and bench press a must for triggering better muscle growth? Coz my body conditions is preventing me from fully performing in these few exercises..or alternative to suggest? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I could deadlift to 100kg ++ but with very careful posture and movement..I usually stick to 70kgs..I feel safe with that weight not wanting to hurt my back..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bench? Bad..Poland syndrome I can&amp;#39;t go above 15kgs/side on the barbell..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Squat is a no go..I feel great stress on my back and my hip area...so I usually stay at the leg press machine..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any advise, alternative for me?</description>

            <description>when i clicked the launcher, it took like a minute before it says &amp;quot;initializing&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;then before it changed to game is up to date,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;the play icon became click-able..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;then a few more seconds, it came up with a pop up saying, unable to update game files due to some files sth sth...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so i tried checking on server status, pages shows error..battle net home page shows error..battle net forum shows error as well.. tried multiple refresh same result..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;the thing is when i launch the launcher again&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;right when the &amp;quot;play&amp;quot; icon is click-able, i quickly clicked it before the pop up being display&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;and i was able to enter the game..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;anyone having same issue?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;can&amp;#39;t access to battlenet page..</description>

            <description>hey guys, soon i will be changing my work place at glenmarie..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Is there any gym around there?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Besides the two in summit and subang parade..anymore? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am now a member of sports toto fitness centre..and i workout around 3pm - 5pm..so kinda owned the entire gym can use anything i want without having anyone else in queue..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;While when i started working at glenmarie, my workout time will change to 7pm..pretty peak i believe if i were to join either summit or the subang parade gym..prefer some clean and quiet gym..mean while my gf started to have interest in workout so a quiet gym would be a better choice for me to teach her without her having &amp;#39;new to gym syndrome&amp;#39;..lol</description>
