Arranging own movers to IKEA

Hi all,

Can anyone share their experience of arranging on movers (3 tonnes lories) to IKEA?
Since Im staying out of Klang Valley, I planned to arrange my own movers, which is cheaper compare to those arrange by IKEA. Their customer service confirm it can be done, but I'm still wondering stuff like:

1. Where do our movers park their lorry (any soft of documentation needed to enter?)
2. Moving the staff after paying to the lorry ( I know this will be done by IKEA staff if we take their own movers)
3. Are we able to store all item temporary somewhere (like to place at the car park area waiting for their movers turn) in the event where our own movers could not make it on time.
