I need to upgrade my HD 6970. (bought in 2011)

My budget is RM 400.

Any GC is better than HD 6970 with that budget?

New or used. I will prefer the best performance.

Currently playing Elite Dangerous with Ultra setting. 1080. 60fps.

No problem playing Battlefield 1 beta either.

Still can play No Man's Sky (lol)

While browsing Xbox.com, I found out about the Free with GOLD. Battlefield Bad Company 2.

So via xbox.com I confirmed and later the consoled succesfully.

But, when I tried to play it, it wouldn't play

It was not even in My Games.

Why? Please enlighten me.

[WTB] Compact Rig

Hey guys, I am looking to build or buy a Compact Rig for my living room. I will note my preferences below. Please give me advices or suggestions or quotations as I need it in this 2 weeks.

The Usage and capability.

1) It will be put along with my Xbox360 as an entertainment/ media unit so I can surf the net, play games with high setting as Battlefield 3, Dota 2 etc, watch downloaded hd movies and worse, torrenting.

2) I am operating Camfrog Bots too. It will run for 48 hours before rebooting. While running bots, it should be able to multitask for playing games surfing.

3) Since it located beside my main TV, it should be quite. And because it will run 48 hours straight, I need a low consumption system.

4) I need advise and suggestions on whether I should use air cooling or liquid cooling. My living room air flow is acceptable. No aircond needed. (separate quotations for liquid and air cooling needed)

Preferred Specifications:

Hotel Service Complaints

First of all, I am not sure the post is in the right place. If not please move this post.

2 weeks ago, I hosted a birthday party for my son at a 3 stars hotel in Klang. My wife had carefully planned in since Dec 2009. It was held in a ballroom. We got a clown, an illusionist, games and all the fun. The theme was black and white. To our surprise, 99% of the guess wore black and white. We didn't even expect it since 70% of them were kampung folks. Some came all the way from Perak and there were 2 came from Singapore. Most of them from around Klang Valley. Just for a mere 3 hours of family and friends gathering. For the love of my son.

The first venue was Italiannies, but due to the numbers of guess we decided to change to the hotel. 110 guess. A month before the party, we'd already in talk with Mr. A (the salesperson), with the observation from his superior Mr. B. While Mr. A was nice, he would say yes to anything we asked for. So easy.

2 weeks before the party, we have decided on the choice of food. We called Mr. A. We were going for the Malay food since the guess are mostly kampung family. They also preferred Malay food. We promised them Malay food. The first choice was Western food (3 weeks from the party). So many calls made regarding the food like the price, selections, changes etc.

[U]A week before the party, we came and meet Mr. A to make payment and some confirmations regarding the food. So amusing, Mr. A coolly confirmed with us that the food will be Western like the first choice. Calmly, we emphasized with him to remember the phone conversation (2 weeks - Malay food). Fantastic, Mr. A, kinda confused but accept it (2 weeks - Malay food - phone - ???). No big deal, since we were discussing it so then we confirmed with Mr. A regarding the Malay food. We did asked about table cloth and chair cover since Mr. A said he will provide (a month ago). Mr. A confirmed it since he did say before it was done already. And Malay food - confirmed, table & chair thing - confirmed, payment made - confirmed by Mr. B. What a surprise, he was there! (just to give receipts).

4 days before the party, all of a sudden Mr. B called (yeah Mr. B) a said that there were no chair cover! He even asked us to find it elsewhere. That's all. Since we were dealing with Mr. A, I tried to get him on the phone. No answers. Mr. A never missed answering our calls before. When I got him on the phone (after I had conversations with Mr.B on the phone), I manage to control my feeling and speak to him nicely and asked for explanations. So lovely was the answer "We agreed before because I thought the management want to change the chair cover. I thought that the management can approve." (Mr. Yes to everything, even things that is not confirmed). 4 days, who want to sew 110 chair covers? I told him again... nicely... calmly... "Please, I don't know how you are going to do it, I want the chair covers. How can you put the table cloth without the matching chair covers? Make sense or not?" I did ask him to call me and keep me updated so we can make arrangement if anything. He never call back.

2 days before the party, I called Mr.A and asked for updates. Fortunately, they manage to solved it. So chair covers - done!. IMPORTANT - After thanking him, I did ask him if there were anything else he want to confirmed with me or if there was any problem... Mr. A said everything is ok. He hanged up before I even say something else. Good. So no problem.

The party. Saturday night. It was all perfectly planned an executed. My wife and I were very happy that night. Mr. B was seen taking pictures. No Mr. A (we invited him and his family). My wife was so busy hosting, she never got out from the ballroom. Even to get a drink. While I was busy with the event guys. We haven't notice until an hours later. When I was hungry. IT WAS WESTERN FOOD!!!!!!!!!! WTF!!!!

Imagine, I had to eat at other table because I don't want my wife to know about it. She will be really upset and will ruin her night. I just gave her orange juices! I had to laugh and pretend nothing happened. I even made sure my wife was busy... so she won't notice anything... Of all the thing we did prepared to make it perfect, the important part of the party screwed. I was lucky nobody say anything to my wife that night. Maybe the party was so happening that they forgot.

When the party was over, the food was still so many left. We knew already that if Malay food, it'll be plenty. So we paid only for 80 packs for 110 guess. 80 packs also so many left. Meaning, some of them were not eating. What a waste. I only told my wife after the party. It was a right decision not to tell her before. Go figure.

Monday, I called Mr. B (since he was Mr. A's superior) and explained everything nicely. He was surprised and apologized to me. I wanted to see both of them to hear their explanations and solutions. Mr. B said he will call and let me know when. I am a quite busy man and travel a lot. I need the right time to see them. Mr. B never call back. Until now, nobody ever called. At least some more apologies or some nice words would be nice especially from Mr. Stupid A. But none were heard...

So now that I am pissed off, I want to make a proper and formal complaint against them. So how to complaint to Biro Aduan Pengguna? Or some other Biro? I never made any complaint before so please help. The hotel screwed up my order and never get back to me. Yes the party was done already but still I have the right because I didn't get what I pay for... As your read it up there, I don't know what was in Mr. A's head, what is the problem with Malay food that was so hard for you to take note? He even wrote a note about the Malay food when we made the payment...

Please show me the way...
