Advice Needed: Nissan Sentra N16 GSX 1.6 or Myvi?

Hey guys,

I need help deciding on my first car buy. I'm a working adult and I think it's about time I get a car cuz I will be starting my new job next January 2016 where it's a 40-45minute ride from my house to workplace.

I am now down with Nissan Sentra N16 2005/2006 (1.6 GSX) or Perodua Myvi year 2010, I can afford RM20-30k worth of car only.

From my research, N16 has good safety rating and I like it's appearance and the fact that it is sedan and spacious. Myvi on the other hand, are very popular and my budget can get me cars of year 2010-ish.

Would like to hear from a Myvi owner on why they chose Myvi.

I am open to suggestions too! Thanks and look forward to replies.

Accommodation for UPM Student

Hello everyone.

My cousin will be studying at UPM next year and I'm wondering if anyone here can help pointing out some available units or good areas for rent and live in. Budget is about RM1k a month. I want somewhere where everyone regardless of their race and nationality lives together. This is my priority.

If the place is 5-10 min walking distance to a train station (KTM or monorail) and has everything like restaurants, grocery shop, malls, etc nearby, these will be a plus point. If it's in other areas like Puchong or PJ or anywhere within the 15-minutes range, I will still consider. Agents are welcomed to contact me.

I will not be able to check this forum or my email inbox notifications. So please email me the unit details and better, pictures at del_darkjin18@yahoo.com.
Thank you.

Fix / Repair Laptop

I have a Compaq Presario V3000 Widescreen laptop like this one http://s1208.photobucket.com/user/Imam2602...000020.jpg.html.

The problem is that when I press the ON button, everything is as usual when it's suppose to show my Desktop, it turns off and shows me a black page saying things like "sorry Windows closed unexpectedly. Please select to whether start as usual or last known configuration" bla bla bla.

I'm suspecting virus. I'm stating near Sunway Pyramid, Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya. I'm not from around here and would really appreciate if someone can refer me somebody who can help me with my laptop.

If I need formatting, I want to have Microsoft softwares (minimum 2007, Word, Powerpoint, Excel version). That's all I need.

If you are one, please pm or reply here with your price. We can meet somewhere or you can come over to my place.
Thank you!

Make my cat fat

Hello everyone! This will be my first post, joined fresh yesterday.

I have a persian tabby, male, almost 3 years old and he feeds on dry food (kibbles) only. Food is provided 24/7 to him in his bowl with plenty of water sources around the house.
The thing is, whenever I bathe him, he 'shrinks' up sooooo bad that he looks like a skinny chihuahua! He has no belly bulge if you view from the side, straight up to his loins.

When I took him to the vet last month, doctor said he's in perfect shape. Neighbours said he's so big and looks like a doll. Which he does!

Is this just paranoia? I thought he'd be fatter as time flies but...

Here's he, pardon the rudeness, I think he saw a cicak or bird.
