Bathroom Renovation (~64 sq ft)

Hi All,

I am planning to completely renovate my master bathroom. The size is estimated at 15 ft x 4.5ft = ~65sq ft. (I don't have the detailed layout yet)

Since I only have a limited budget, can someone advise what materials are needed and what will save me money if I buy it myself. If it doesn't save me money, I'll let the contractor supply.

Any additional advise is greatly appreciated to know choosing a contractor and what to be weary of.

Materials needed & Cost & Concerns:-
1) Tiles
2)
