[Samsung 48H5552 Model Owner's] HDMI with ARC?

Guys, i need advice on how to make the TV audio output to my home theater that has ARC out. Does the Samsung 48H5552 LED TV comes with HDMI IN (ARC) support? I found the solution where they claims our TV need to have the HDMI IN (ARC) ready in order to able to play your audio from TV to your Home Theater System where it has HDMI OUT (ARC).

Can someone enlighten me as i haven't got chance to explorer the TV since brought still in box packing as i'm ready to moving to a new house, so now stuck in mid to resolve the sound output from TV to Home Theater System.

Please help

In dilemma over buying a condo ...

Recently i found out there was a newly launch condo (leasehold)in Puchong Saujana/Mutiara which appeared to have a new condo launch in between the condo Heron, RT 19 Residency (Bungalow) and Vista Prima.

Every unit comes around 1162 sqf and price begin with RM450K from ground and onward each floor another 1.1K will be added, but different view/angle may have different price. (Whether facing Vista Prima or facing Heron & RT 19 Residency. According to their Developer, the project would expect to be complete by next year Sept 2013. ( The feasibility to complete isn't to said impossible because they only has 1 tower to build)

Design wise i felt from the building appearance may just look acceptable and not that modern compare to any of condo has nowdays. The ceiling height which i being told was about 10 feet from ground to ceiling

The credit point was every unit is a corner unit if look at the construction structure plan and their miniature models, which attracted me as good for home stay as the wall does not attached with each other.

Currently they're offering 5 % rebate on the first 10% down payment , with 1 year maintenance free (which cost about RM0.28 psf) and FREE Kitchen Cabinet with an Island design and Fiber Optic ready.

Last 2 weeks i been there almost like 70% has been sold off (again this may not prove anything, which the only thing i see was sticker all around the unit label)

The saddest part come where i not sure how would that location would benefit given i working in Cyberjaya but my wife working in PJ would i be letting her suffers with traffic jam all day long in Sunway/Puchong Toll..

Also, worried the surrounding how would that impact the future in this area as i've 0" experience at this nearby so wasn't so sure overall except knowing Seri Kembangan and Puchong Utama nearby which may seen as a benefit to me in term finding foods, shopping and etc.

Thus, i would be please with all sifu here to give me some professional advice whether is worth of buying this area as a homestay and with what is offers

When i was trying to do some homework browsing all across related to their "project name", i found this video where they displayed during their sale office. Currently their sale office only has Kitchen Cabinet and Toilet design which build to allow buyer for reference.
