Please help with the idea or algorithm to come out with below "tax code summarization" that I wan.

For example I have 2 invoice and below are their detail section:

Inv 1 (in page 1)
line item itemdesc quantity taxrate amt
1 a aa 1 6.00 (SR) 100
2 b bb 1 7.00 (SS) 100
3 c cc 1 6.00 (SR) 100

Inv 2 (in page 2)
line item itemdesc quantity taxrate amt
1 d dd 1 6.00 (SR) 100
2 e ee 1 5.00 (TX) 100

I need to generate a table like below to sum up the tax code and amount after the detail section similar to above.

In invoice 1 (page1) below detail section, I wan something like this:
Tax code | amount
SR | 12
SS | 7

In invoice 2 (page2) below detail section, I wan something like this:
Tax code | amount
SR | 6
TX | 5

I need some recommendation on places to do the operation to ”割眼膜“ (sorry I not sure about the English, something like remove eye retina?) together with the price range of one eye.

Recently I have been to 2 clinics to do eye checkup and query about the price range for doing the operation but the price is a bit high for me.
