I recently noticed on social media (whatsapp/instagram) that there are pre-order iphone 6/5 at the price you cant even imagine of e.g. the lowest price i saw is RM850 for an iphone 6. The only catch is you have to wait 2 months and cash back guarantee. Is this even legit? if so how do they get it so low and yet still be able to make profits from it? And there are plenty of them out there doing the same thing.

any suggestion for MINI ITX build focusing on running DOTA 2
I was expecting dual core cpu.
asrock h81m-itx
the build have to be smallest as possible.
GPU target is uknown.
Would love to have atx PSU compatibility.
my budget is the cheapest this thing can get.
I have 1080p monitor right now.

or a Lappy instead if the above requirement would cost more than a lappy that can run dota 2.

P/S:Do suggest any used item in the build in case those parts are not available in the market right now
