Fallen for a Girl... Confused

Folks I need your advice!

I am a male, currently 26 yo. Just recently I found out that I have fallen for a girl working in my office.

Initially I thought she was totally not my type as she can't speak her mother tongue (I always expect my future partner to speak the mother tongue so it's easier for children's education), and she is older than me 4 or 5 years (my ideal age gap is 1 year). My position is higher than her in the office btw.

But my heart still got stolen by her because I know she is a good lady (judging from the way she dresses, how she speaks etc). There was one time I fetched her to somewhere and I did enjoy the few-hours journey we spent together. We talked, joked, laughed, and flirted. And she did, a few times, call me as her bf in the office.

But then I felt a bit down when I found out she already has a bf. I have been single for the past few years because I find it hard to meet a girl who can give me the same feeling like she does. I only know my qualifications and career is better than her current bf. Some of my colleagues did encourage me to go after her.

There're so many things in my mind now:-
I will be leaving my current office to further my studies very soon. I am afraid I will not be seeing her again.
There is also another guy who is her secret admirer and this guy tries to sabotage laaah.
And finally, I dislike office gossips. (but again I'm leaving this office very soon, haha)

I'm so confused now. What should I do? Shld I wait for her? Continue to flirt with her? Confess, spanner and fight for her?
