cant see ppstream chinese word

After i install the ppstream on window vista, i cannot see the chinese words on your left column. Can anyone help?

I using Dlink DES 1005D. A desktop + laptop are connect to the router. Once i use the desktop connect to internet why my laptop cannot online ?

is there any setting i need to set ?
