            <title>Transfer name in S&amp;amp;P and Loan</title>
            <link>http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3395085</link>
<description>Need help and advice. Here’s the situation. There are 2 names, A &amp;amp; B in the S&amp;amp;P Agreement and the same name, A &amp;amp; B in the Loan Agreement. Is it possible for a transfer/change – both the S&amp;amp;P and Loan to be in the name of A only, meaning taking out B’s name in both S&amp;amp;P and Loan? If yes, what are the charges involved? Also, what are the procedures?</description>
