Windows 8 System image backup failure

I have tried backing up my system image for over 6 times and it always fails.

The little pgm. NTpassword still does a great job doing this if you have the latest version. I suggest you get it anyways since it works on other earlier OS versions too.

Message "unable to connect to internet" when I try

when I try to open downloaded program I get message that unable to connect to internet, yet able to download over internet. Any suggestions?

Windows 8.1 Internet use and estimated data

Two of the laptops are Windows 8.1, so we turned on Show Estimated Data usage. We also uninstalled all the apps that come with Windows 8 that could be using up the data in the background.

Cannot download Windows app

Downloaded a certain app on Ipad, Android phone, but cannot get it on Windows machines. Yes, it is indeed available to run on "all devices" and "all but the oldest Windows".
