Pengarah Operasi Khas Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) Datuk Bahri Mohamad Zin hari ini bersumpah dengan nama Allah akan mencari dalang yang mengarahkan penangkapan anggota suruhanjaya itu.

"Saya bersumpah dengan nama Allah saya akan mencari dalang yang mengarahkan ini.

"Kami bekerja siang malam sepanjang bulan puasa dan ini, berlanjutan sepanjang hari raya baru ini.

"Kami tiada masa berpolitik tapi kami menjalankan tugas kami seperti yang diamanahkan dan diharap oleh rakyat.

“Demi Allah saya akan cari dalang dalang yang mengarahkan (penahanan) ini sehingga ke lubang cacing," beliau berkata.

Difahamkan, individu yang disiasat termasuk orang nombor tiga dalam operasi khas SPRM, Roslan Che Amat, serta menyerbu pejabat mereka di Putrajaya, dipercayai berkaitan kertas pendakwaan bocor terhadap perdana menteri.

Polis menjalankan siasatan mengikut Seksyen 124B Kanun Keseksaan bagi kegiatan yang menjejaskan demokrasi berparlimen.

Polis setakat ini sudah menyiasat beberapa pegawai SPRM dalam operasi yang bermula awal pagi Sabtu lalu dengan penahanan timbalan pendakwa raya suruhanjaya itu, Ahmad Sazilee Abdul Khairi.

Kesemua penahanan itu dibuat ketika ketua peseuruhjayanya, Datuk Abu Kassim Mohamed dan timbalannya, Datuk Seri Mohd Shukri Abdull sedang bercuti.

Bahri turut disiasat pada Isnin lalu.

Writers who slammed the Prime Minister and 1MDB officials have never bothered to check the authenticity of the documents, preferring to discredit our authorities instead.

The PM and all involved in the 1MDB are now vindicated with the arrest of Xavier Andre Justo, a Swiss national and former official of PetroSaudi International Ltd.
Thai police who arrested him in Ko Samui on Monday charged him with attempting to blackmail and extort the company, saying it was part of a plot to discredit Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak, Malaysian sources said.
All detractors who made their baseless and vile accusations against the PM and 1MDB must now retract their statements and apologise for not verifying the information they sourced from Sarawak Report.
According to the NST, “some of the emails and documents published on the blog were found to be tampered with, bringing into question the veracity of these allegations.”
The amount of damage on the prestige, reputation, and international standing of our country, our Prime Minister, our economy, and all individuals/organizations accused in this bizarre plot is colossal.
Action should be taken against all individuals, news agencies, writers who have done irreparable damage because of their footloose and irresponsible accusations.
As any citizen is ready to assume that anything on the Internet is truth shows the shallow mentality and the complete absence of thinking skills.
That writers can churn out article after article, slamming the government without checking on the veracity of the purported documents in the Sarawak Report is a disgrace to the media world.
It does not take much effort to check the forensics of those documents or to verify the information via a simple phone call.
Months before this arrest, I had already done the investigations and discovered for myself the discrepancies. However, I never shared it because no matter what, the majority of Malaysians had already believed the worst of the authorities, choosing to worship unverified evidence and to support the former Prime Minister’s vicious crusade to oust our PM.
Daily, Tun Dr Mahathir’s unending tirade about 1MDB and our PM has practically poisoned the minds of Malaysians against our PM and the professional standing of 1MDB, disgracing our nation in the eyes of the world.
An international cyber-security firm, Protection Group International (PGI) hired to conduct an in-depth investigation into the source of the data published on the Internet, as well as verify its authenticity revealed there is clear “evidence of the systematic theft of confidential company data by Justo prior to his departure from PetroSaudi” and that the “data was tampered with after it was stolen from PetroSaudi. It was believed that much of this tampered data subsequently appeared on Sarawak Report (SR) and served as the backbone of the blog’s claims of impropriety against 1MDB.” (More at NST)
SR provided excerpts from emails allegedly sent by the parties involved but these emails do not provide the email header which, according to Wiki forensics, “are lines of metadata attached to each email that contain lots of useful information for a forensic investigator.” Hence, the IP addresses of the sender and receiver of the emails, signature fields, letterheads are missing – all of which can verify the authenticity of the evidence.
The point is SR and all other writers who slammed the Prime Minister and 1MDB officials never bothered to check the authenticity of the documents, preferring to discredit our authorities even though they had all the contact details of those involved.
Why? Who is behind this malicious campaign? These people must be questioned and punished if found guilty.
As for other public figures, that have discredited our Prime Minister and 1MDB locally and internationally, a public apology on an international scale is mandatory to restore our country’s reputation.

Live with it, Hadi; Pakatan is dead
Scott Ng | June 23, 2015. Pakatan Rakyat was like a dream. Malaysia’s three largest opposition parties put aside their differences to aim for a common goal, facing a monolithic administration with the power of the law and the media at its disposal, leading the disgruntled masses on a march towards Putrajaya. But as we all know, that dream was dashed against the rocks time and time again. The downfall of the coalition was caused by the very ambition that fuels virtually all political movements.
After months of strife between PAS and the other two parties of the alliance, DAP had had enough, and announced the end of the opposition coalition, with PKR reluctantly acknowledging that the era of Pakatan Rakyat was over. Despite that, PAS President Abdul Hadi Awang seems to think that because he says so, Pakatan is still an entity, that he is the one to decide when to call it a day.
Normally, the reaction to Hadi’s claims would be outrage or amusement. It is all too easy to rage at the Islamist leader whose ambition and grudge created the tension that split Pakatan apart, whose constant flirtation with Umno instilled suspicion in his partners, whose grab for power nearly lost Selangor, whose party decided to cut all ties with DAP. In fact, PAS effectively dissolved Pakatan Rakyat the moment it passed a resolution to end all ties with DAP.
Pakatan Rakyat was a coalition of three parties. Without one of the components, it essentially does not exist as each party has symbiotic ties to the other two, given that they each appeal to very separate segments of society. Did Hadi imagine he could pass messages through PKR without dealing with DAP? No, this is not a quarrel between two schoolboys who pass peacemaking notes through a mutual friend.
Yes, Hadi has only himself to blame.
The real question is why does he insist on clinging to the branding of Pakatan Rakyat. PAS has strengthened its appeal in the Malay heartland, and will still hold a chunk of power come the next general election. In fact, as removed as we urbanites are from the rural heartland of Malaysia, we could very well be misreading the situation and ignoring the possibility that PAS will be strong indeed for GE14, thanks to the conservative electorate.
Could it be that Hadi recognises that even a strengthened appeal to the conservatives will not win him the seat of Putrajaya? Or perhaps he fears the dissolution of the state governments held by the now defunct Pakatan, with the possibility that fresh elections would expel PAS from Selangor.
Sorry Hadi, but Pakatan is dead. You can rant and rave from your fort of Kelantan, but you put the final nail in the coffin, and the consequences are yours to deal with. It’s time to stop flogging a dead horse and figure out where to go from here, and not whine like a spoilt child whose favourite toy just got taken away from him.
In fact, it would be most judicious now to call for fresh elections in Pakatan-held states. DAP and PKR cannot disguise themselves as a “loose coalition on a state level” and must seek out a fresh mandate from the people in order not only to continue their rule over Selangor, but also to acknowledge the paradigm shift that must occur with the dissolution of Pakatan. Insisting on continuing a government without a cohesive union between the parties administering it will create new problems.
The old has passed away, never to be spoken of again. It is time for a new start for all three parties, and they might even emerge stronger for it. Pakatan has proven to be a daydream, but daydreams sometimes inspire great visions.

That was what Scott said, and more.

Constant flirtation with Umno? How many times must I keep writing that it was Anwar Ibrahim who arranged the unity-government meeting in London in December 2013? And that it was Anwar who requested Hadi to attend the meeting? And that it was Hadi who refused to attend the meeting — thus killing the effort by PKR and Umno to form a unity-government (because it could not succeed unless PAS, too, joins).

Is Scott just fooking stupid or is this an intentional effort to smear the name of Hadi? And what the fook is Free Malaysia Today trying to do by publishing lies like these?

And regarding the ‘grab for power’ in Selangor, what grab for power is Scott talking about? Was Hadi trying to grab power in Selangor? Hadi actually saved Selangor from collapsing. Because of PKR’s and DAP’s stubborn stand and their decision to fight HRH the Sultan, Selangor was on the verge of seeing the State Assembly dissolved to make way for new state elections.

Hadi fooking saved Selangor from collapsing by proposing Azmin Ali’s AND Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail’s names as the new Menteri Besar — thus allowing the Sultan an option. DAP and PKR did not want to allow the Sultan an option other than the option of appointing Dr Wan Azizah as the MB or else dissolve the state assembly.

If Hadi wanted to grab power in Selangor all he needed to do was to propose Iskandar Samad’s name as Menteri Besar and today Iskandar and not Azmin would be the MB. Is this the action of someone who wanted to grab power in Selangor?

This story of ‘Hadi killed Pakatan Rakyat’, ‘Hadi flirting with Umno’, etc., is being spun by these Chinese fookers to no end. What the hell are they trying to do?

Pakatan Rakyat was created based on the mutual agreement of all three parties: PAS, PKR and DAP. So one party cannot unilaterally make a decision to wind up Pakatan Rakyat. It needs all three parties to mutually agree to wind up Pakatan Rakyat since all three parties mutually agreed to create the coalition. Which about this does Scott and the other Chinese fookers do not understand?

Can MIC announce that Barisan Nasional is now dead? Does MIC solely own Barisan Nasional? If MIC no longer wants to be in Barisan Nasional then all it can do is to leave Barisan Nasional. MIC cannot declare that Barisan Nasional no longer exists.

If DAP no longer wants to remain in Pakatan Rakyat then it is free to announce that it wants to leave the coalition. That it has every right to do unilaterally. But DAP cannot unilaterally decide to dissolve Pakatan Rakyat because DAP does not solely own Pakatan Rakyat. Pakatan Rakyat is jointly owned by three parties and was created by three parties and will need to be dissolved on the agreement of three parties.

I am amazed that Scott and all the other fooking Chinese do not understand a simple thing like this. If this is how Chinese educated people think I would suggest the government close down Chinese schools. Chinese schools are making the fooking Chinese stupid.

If I cut ties with the PKR leaders you will say that means I have also cut ties with PKR. But DAP can cut ties with Hadi and when PAS cuts ties with DAP you scream, rant, rave and foam at the mouth.
