Advice UniFi User New Router

Hi fellow members,

Thanks for reading and partcipitating into this thread.

I am having some network problems. My wireless network from RG-INNATECH-RG4332 is always having problems.

To be specific, after using for few hours, most users or all users in the network may be unable to access internet which prompts DNS lookup. In the meantime, the users of the wireless network can connect/disconnect without a problem. However, connect/disconnecting will not help.
I don't know if my situation is common which has a term to describe it (Please answer me if there's a term )

What I need to do usually
1. Reset the wireless router (No need to reset Modem)

What I have done
1. Set Google DNS in the router

Now, I would like to take this opporunity to seek from some guidances from you guys. I am thinking the problem comes from the current wireless router.
Therefore, I am looking to acquire a reliable and good wireless router. As a computer technician, however, I am not familiar like you guys in terms of network as I only do general repairing.

My questions,
1. Is there any model that you guys recommend? I have heard Asus is doing a great job but I am not sure about the exact model
2. What kind of specs I should consider to buy a wireless router today? Example Dual Band, Antenna, Power and etc
3. Can anyone please kindly explain how the specification mentioned in question 2 make a difference?
4. Is there any model in the market can support everything from UniFi provides? Such as the phone and hypptv?

I really wish to learn all of these, hoping you guys could share with me! Really appreciate!

Current Users (All Wireless):
5 Notebooks
7 Phones
2 storey terrace house

I am using UniFi 50Mbps with
RG-INNATECH-RG4332
ONU-ALCATEL-LUCENT-I240G (Modem)
