Hi all,
For tenancy agreement, Im renting at 1+1 agreement, currently I'm at 1 and a half year. Am I allow to leave and get back my deposit? Or I have to wait till the one year period over?

Is there a new ruling about import duties? I heard that every items purchased at oversea will be taxed when we arrive at KLIA/KLIA2, and as high as 70%? Before this I always buy a luggage full of items without tax, but not sure about now after GST.

[HELP]My first floor shop need emergency ladder?

I've opened a toy shop selling model cars at first floor, however when I request for Surat Sokongan Bomba from Jabatan Bomba, they said Kedai at first floor need emergency ladder at the back, and I was asked to build one before they give me.

Does anybody know more info about this? I don't have the money to build the ladder, and restaurants, saloons, boutiques around my area all don't have the ladder, and yet they do not have any problem with Bomba

Hi, I'm new in business and currently in the middle of preparing to open my first shop.
However I'm confused with the requirement of documents.
I have attached the required document list here, however I'm not the owner of the building, just renting it, so do I need to get the CF, Cukai Pintu etc to apply for license?

I'm preparing to start a small business and registering as sole proprietorship.

I have basic knowledge on balance sheet and loss & profit account, can I do it those myself and then submit to a tax agent for filling? Or do I need to hire an accountant?

Was driving at 90+, didnt know that area is 80KM/H speed limit, and didnt even know that place has AES!!
I went to post office to pay, but they only accept PDRM, said this is from JPJ, so I need to go to JPJ office( damn far) ?
Or do I need to pay?

Hi, I graduated few months ago, and has been doing my business. I have experience in this business for 2 years, but only went into full gear after I graduated. The problem is I'm not from a rich family, so I have to build up my own capital. People around me will tell me to get a job because it's more secure. and don't waste my engineering degree.

So I have a few questions in my mind.

1) What do you guys feel? Am I wasting my degree by pursuing my target?

2) Lets say I fail to earn more than engineering job in few months time, will I be able to secure a job after being half year absence from engineering related things?

Hi guys, I've been looking for a new camera to take photo of my cars model, I was using ixus 860is, but seems like it's not enough now.

I've tried several cameras, and I'm satisfied with Sony Nex 3. Just want to know, is there other camera that can match the Nex 3 and price lower than 1.5k?

Recently my Waja (2008 version) power window failed. This is not something new, I thought Proton solved it, but it seems the famous power window problem is still here.
