Hi sifu all. Today I went to Exsim sales gallery to look at D'Tessera for own stay.

So far I think all looks good, with below points considered;

Pros;
1. The whole township developed by Exsim, which should be reputable?
2. One side facing the greenery which is my preference. Should be a quiet side?
3. Price is affordable considering the Damansara location?

Cons;
1. Given so many condos launched within the same area, might be too congested?

Ayam is noob in property, so hopefully can get as much help from you all to help me decide.

Anyone else looking to buy D'Tessera?

My wife just delievered and the noisy clicky sound (although very satsifying) is not suitable for gaming while my baby is asleep.

Alpha Water Heater Line Fault Indicator

Just finished renovating the condo. Bought Alpha AS-2 series for the masterbedroom shower.

1. Water flow is good. But it seems that the pump doesn't do any extra job, water flow is still the same with/without turning on the pump mode.

2. Water comes out warm at max. The only way I managed to go around this was to slowdown the water inflow tap. But it doesn't feel nice, as water flow would be slow.

3. The "Line Fault Indicator" is permanently turned on with red colour. Is this dangerous? How do I go about this problem?

Bought this unit from Lightning Houses Puchong. I think my contractor has thrown away the boxes and everything inside it. Hence, I don't have any warranty or anything. Would the warranty still work?
