Refuse/Reject International Package

I bought an item in eBay and the sender shipped it about 1 week ago from US. Out of a sudden few days before, when the package touched down in Malaysia, the sender informed me that he accidentally shipped the wrong product and requested me to refuse/reject the package so that it will be returned.

Just wanna ask here whether had anyone went through this process before? To reject/refuse the package. And how long it took for it to be shipped back.

My item is shipped via USPS.

Does anybody know where I would be able to check out stores that sell SWR and Ampeq bass amps? Other than Bentley of course
