My Website Not Working If Using TM DNS

Hi people,

Starting from yesterday morning, I tried to access my website (ktheblogger.com) but found out that I'm unable to.
When I tried to ping it, I also couldn't, it says could not find the host.

However, when I change to google's DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4), I'm able to access.
It's only when I'm on TM's DNS (1.9.1.9 & 202.188.0.133) I'm unable to access.

I've contacted my domain host which is Exabytes and they're telling me to check with my ISP.

Who do I contact at TM on this issue?

Everytime tried to save or close will appear an error stating illegal operation.

I'm curious to know how does a company get listed in a stock exchange like KLSE and SGX?

What are the rules and guidelines in order for the company to be listed?

Can anyone provide me a link to the information on these?

I'm particularly interested in the SGX listing.
