Dear Sir or Madam,

I recently went to your fitness center located at lot 10 shopping center and i had a very bad experience with your consultant.Before i went to the center itself, I made a call to celebrities fitness at lot 10 shopping center to ask about the rates for joining the fitness center, the person who talk to me in the phone refuse to tell me the rates for joining and he encouraged me to come over and consult me face to face. I understand the situation of being a sales person and so I went to fitness center the next day. when i reach the fitness center, the recipient arranged a consultant to see me and my friend. The consultant is an Indian lady with a very dramatic eyeliner. In the beginning she is very friendly and nice, but after a while she took out some forms and force us to fill it up with our details and ask us to pay. Then I tried telling her in a nice way that i still have some question, for example, can we have a trial period before we purchase the package because my friend need to arrange the transport with her husband. Your lady consultant answered me with an annoying face and an imperative tone of voice: "then just ask your husband to wait for you." i was shocked when she answer me in this way but i asked her again: "can we have a trial pass for few days?"
She said :"No, we don't have any trial pass." I was so angry with her answer because i had just received a flyer advertising that celebrities fitness is having 5 days trial program. And so I questioned her about the flyers: "how come the flyer of celebrities fitness that i took from someone at the sungei wang link bridge shows that celebrities fitness are having a 7 days trial program" (i might have been wrong about the period for the trial pass) She corrected me immediate saying: "No!it just for 5 days?"
I then said: "then why you are telling me there are no any trial pass for the walk in guest." i was so upset that she tried to cheat us so that we'd sign up immediately.
She didn't answer my question and just pretended that she didn't just tried to cheat us. after this i felt really uncomfortable with her but i kept my peace and told her nicely that we need to consider about it and will let her know by next week. she, however looked at us with a very sarcastic face and questioned: SO YOU BOTH JUST COME HERE TO ASK ABOUT THE PRICE?
I was shocked and very taken aback by her attitude. What kind of service is this? i know that this is a promotional price and i am not asking for a luxury service. Her attitude and way of reply has not only fallen short of normal/average standards but also totally unprofessional. the whole consultation is not even 15 minutes so it cannot be that I have taken an incredible amount of her time. What have I done to deserve this kind treatment? if your consultant is not free, you may just let me know and re-arrange the consultation time. There is no need to force sales and cheat and in the end undermine us, not to mention outright disrespect, when we didn't submit. I find that lady consultant not only lack the skills for selling and promoting, she also lack the basic requirement ie good attitude to be in the service line.
