i stuck at payment method for windows store

after i trying to apply microsoft wallet, is that credit card is the only payment method for malaysia?
i have debit card and paypal malaysia.
microsoft should add more method for it, otherwise only <big boss> can shop their store.
and some pity student like me only can surf their stupid advertising free apps.
