My wallpaper suddenly disappeared, changing into a white screen and I kept getting a pop up saying that I have a security problem. I scanned my computer with AVG and Ad-Aware but they couldn't find anything that helped. In the processes tab of task manager, I found a few suspicious stuff running like b.exe, c.exe and 32.tmp.exe.

When I googled those names. I found that they were spywares. I followed the instructions on this link:

http://www.nscu.edu/resnet/viruses/talkstocks.php

but I couldn't find the stuff that was supposed to be deleted in my computer while in safe mode

After rebooting, the stuff are still running on task manager. Any sifu here can help me?

keyboard problem

My keyboard hasn't been working since this morning. I had to resort to using the on screen keyboard and it's really annoying. I can't type long documents cos it'll be time consuming. I've checked all my wire connections already and used windows help and support troubleshooter. Nothing works. Is my keyboard gone for good? Help much appreciated. Thanks
