Currently there is a video that i want to remove a certain logo. Is there any way I can make it?

Pc Keep Restarting

Does anyone know why my pc keep on restarting once it reach the Windows XP loading page? When loading the page there will be less than one second blue screen and then restart. Can't even get into safe mode now.

I try to insert a virtual Windows Cd and same thing happen. Once reach the Windows XP blue screen but this time without restarting.

I just change new hard disk and format the whole pc 3 days ago.
