in all aspects of telecommunications..

Radio Networks..
Core Networks...
Transmission....
Broadband...

Anyone can share whats the reason for this mass recruitment...

How are the benefits in Ericsson... work culture... ?

I plan to pursue a career in telecommunications..

I see a rapid demand in this section..

Which path do i take..

Izzit better to work for the Operators - Maxis, Digi, MITV..

or with the vendors.. SIEMENS,, ERICSSOn.. Huawei.. Alcatel..

Pls gather opinions..
