Hi CCrians!

Just had a big fight with my fiance. Feel bad, guilty, angry yada yada.

Now I feel like having a time off from each other or cooling off period between us (as in we will not engage in any sort of communication between each other).

My question is, is having this time off will benefit in any way for our relationship? If yes, how long should i take my time?

Thanks for reading!

Hi everyone.

I've been experiencing wrist pain whenever I'm doing exercises such as barbell/ez-bar bicep curl, bicep cable curl, side raises for shoulder.

This pain occurs especially on my left wrist.

Seeking for explanation as this pain really sets me back as i couldn't challenge for more weight for those kind of exercises.

Or maybe some other alternatives that wouldn't involve much wrist strain

Any advise is appreciated.

Thanks!

Subtitle problem on Potplayer [SOLVED]

Hi everyone,

I'm having this subtitle problem when playing videos with softsub (.srt) on Potplayer

I have tried using other media player such as VLC, SPlayer and Windows Media Player. All are working fine.

Anyone knows what cause this? Pretty sad because i have been using potplayer for such a long time

Thanks in advance!

*p/s : The yellow thing in the video is the subtitle

**Solution by shaksa on post #12

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

In the last version there is a little misconfiguration in subtitle settings that causes the yellow blob thing, you just need to open Preferences (F5) then go to Subtitles/Font Style and then set to 0 (zero) the "2nd outline" parameter (default is incorrectly set to 95 which is way too big!!)
