My Motherboard Malfuction syndrom?

hi all.. i have a problem with my pc.. and the problem is the same.. even i change motherboard.. 1st the 2nd ram slot not working.. then front panel usb port. happen on both motherboard.. change my psu.. still happen.. what cause this? same problem on diff mobos.. does my house electricity cause this? bcoz every time i turn off or on a lamp or fan.. my monitor go blank for a while and then back to normal.. pls help..

hi guys! i need help... my gpu(msi gtx 970 4g gaming) suddenly got problem.. i already sent rma.. and the sent me new gpu board( as i were told)..

these are the symptoms after serveral try and error;

1) run normally after 45min with or with out playing game before screen freeze then pixelated.
2) after restart display gone after 2sec window load.
3) the back area of the gpu is hot. (idk if this normal or not.)
4) after several restart window boot error pop out.
5) tested with other rig stil show above symptms.

pls help me..shud i sent to rma again?

Gpu waranty and repair

my gpu(msi 970) got problem.. fan spinning.. but no display.. tried at other mobo still the same.. but the main problem is i installed a backplate and the original screw is missing.. shud i sent to rma with the back plate or go find a similiar screw and sent to rma? Pls help.. and if there is no.similiar screw. Shud i try luck sent to rma? Or is there any gpu repair services avaiable?.. sory for bad english.
