I have bank in some booking fee to a re-seller (he got the car from trade-in).
He is an individual, not a shop.

After that, the re-seller asked me to again pay half the car price to him.
And another half when handover the car.

Is this the right procedure or an attempt to con half the car price?
He can runaway with the car after receive half payment.

Please advise.

Annual Leave Encashment

Let's say my salary is RM5,200.

I have 20 days annual leave balance when I resign.

The annual leave will be encashed at below formula.

20/26*5200 = RM4000

However, the company do formula like below

20/30*5200 = RM3466

Please advise what should I do?
