[WTA] Can temporary disconnect electricity ?

I have a tenant never pay the electricity for half years, I guess TNB gonna disconnect it soon.
In order to untouch the paid deposit, is it possible that I inform TNB to temporary stop supplying the electricity to my unit ?
Currently there is few hundreds outstanding so not sure whether I am able to do that.

Update: Is the power electricity already been disconnected this time ?
