need help in IE7

i am using Pentium D 940+1GB DDR 533

when i installed IE7 and browsing to the website listed below
i found that my compuetr become very lag..and CPU usage run up to 60-80%

last time ..i am using pentium 2.4..+ 512mb ddr400
no pbl to browse http://spbo.com/live.htm

i already install the flash..but still very lag...

any one here can solve?

all parts are new installed..
and i am sure not the infected virus pbl...
must be hardware pbl..

i suspect my power supply pbl..coz using just chapalang psu

pentium D temperature

i just installed my pentiumD 940

i found that the temperature is quite high
compare my previous rig(pentium 3.0 775)

the temp reach 60C when in ide mode...
is it ok?

i just bought a INTEL D102GCC mobo
+
TERMALTAKE mini typhoon HSF
+
Pentium D 940
+
1GB ram

when i load into BIOS ..it shown
proc temp = 100C
internal temp = 34C
remote temp = 34C

i am open it under the air-conditioned room
and i even can load into windows when i plug my hardisk

just wondering...is it the motherboard sensor faulty or what?
and i touched the proc when i turn off after 2 minutes
the proc ..just a little bit hot only...

how many minutes to burn off if the temp > 100C
