            <title>crossover help</title>

            <description>&lt;a href='http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?act=Attach&amp;type=post&amp;id=137813' target='_blank'&gt;http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?act=Atta...=post&amp;id=137813&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;currently using original ICE, planning upgrade my ICE as the above picture in the link. here is the thing i don&amp;#39;t understand: the component speaker should come with a pasive crossover, so there will be a frequency filter between the tweeter and Mid Bass Driver. but the passive crossover come with component speaker only filter out the frequency between tweeter and midbass driver, how about crossover between midbass driver and subwoofer? do i need an active crossover/electronic crossover to divide the frequency of the signal from HU to 2 channel amp(component speaker set) and monoblock(subwoofer)?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i am totally new in ICE, sifus pls help  &lt;!--emo&amp;:help:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/icon_question.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='icon_question.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;</description>

            <description>hi all, just curious to ask. i am planning to get myself a advancement in IT pro cert instead of a master degree. so which pro cert have the highest value in the market? MCSE? CCNP? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i heard that oracle certification have a high pay, is it a programming job or infrastructure support job? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PS: infrastructure job is means using existing software like system administrator where as programming job is means software developer. i hate programming job..</description>

            <title>large IT company versus small IT company</title>

            <description>Hi all,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i am fresh IT bachelor graduate student, now planning for my career path. currently i am working in IBM as technical support. i found that my job cant learn thing, my real interest is work as networking expert so i actually hope can learn more about networking. a lot of IT ppl also hope can work in IBM, although now i am in IBM but the position is not so good. the only advantage of my job is working in IBM i get benefit frm the company name, sounds good  &lt;!--emo&amp;:D--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so should i work in a smaller company but can learn thing, or work in IBM but cant learn thing? i am curious will i get benefit from the IBM name if i stay at IBM one year then after that change next company? any decision frm expert-expert? thx</description>

            <title>Please share how u upgrade speaker cable</title>

            <description>High end PC speaker like aegoM, MX5021 and GMX 2.1 also using very thin crappy cable for their speaker cable(satelite to subwoofer) and interconnect cable(sound card to speaker). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;guys could one of u share the upgrade cables you have attached to your speakers(especially interconnect cable - 3.5mm minijack to 3.5mm minijack)? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;please state your speaker model, the interconnect cable and speaker cable&amp;#39;s brand and model u have change. thx&amp;#33;  &lt;!--emo&amp;:)--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;</description>
