vv001 — Mon, 28 Jun 2010 13:35:56 +0800

Hi sifus,

I searched the net, and i got to know that we can use our usb thumdrive as storage devices. what we need to do is

1. get a minimum 1G thumb drive
2. download the latest firmware to support xbox-thumbdrive features into the thumbdrive
3. plug in into xbox
4. you are done

HOWEVER, when i plug in my thumbdrive, my xbox cannot detect the thumbdrive. please help!!!

xbox hdmi-dvi = hdmi-hdmi

vv001 — Fri, 18 Jun 2010 16:39:52 +0800

sifus~ want to ask, hdmi-dvi = hdmi-hdmi in terms of quality? or almost the same?

i have a dvi lcd with no build in speaker, so if i get myself a hdmi-dvi cable, i cannot get sound.
if i use my composite cable to tap for the av audio, it will block the hdmi output.

One sifu told me that the only way is mod the av by opening the casing. besides this any other options?
help!
