car steering shaking

story of my myvi-08 standard, goes like this, i bought a 2nd hand myvi last year. milage was 90k, tires were 50-40%. used for long distant driving, weekend traveller. when speed reach 100 till 130 car steering shakes alot. when to mechanic and he told me alignment, chamber, then balancing, well done that ($$$). still same when travel on weekend. again went there and ask what kind of service u provide, no difference. mechanic said u have to look for on wheel balancing, well took time and go a shop who did that, well after that i was happy! after that my tire reach 5-10% usable, then time for tire change, went on GOODYEAR EAGLE F1 DIRECTIONAL 5 (195.55.15) , (promotion get free self stir mug) but only front changed, rear had about 20-30%. (budget constrain too, but soon gonna change rear too). got tires for good price with guidance of our sifu here the shop i went did all complete alignment, balancing and on wheel balancing. his balancing was that good till he did on wheel balancing showed 0-0, but my steering still shaking and comfort of driving is not there. is there something else wrong? which part am i not looking.

additional issues, i feel the steering became lighter, like loose after changing the tire.
