Singapore Work Pass not approved

Hi, I've recently received a job offer to work in SG and my employer has submitted my details for a S pass application.

Unfortunately it was rejected not once but twice with no clear reasons. Checked with my employer and agent both of them do not have any idea the reason why it was rejected. My employer is now trying to appeal for the third time.

Posting here to see if there's anyone experienced any thing similar. Not sure if there's any chance the continuous appealing would help.

Work Hours in Malaysia

Hi guys, I'm just joined this company for like 6 months now and we have the usual working 8hours with 2 off days in a week..but now the management decided to change the job to 12hrs a day but with 3 off days in a week instead. To be frank im not sure if this is acceptable in Malaysia labor laws as this is the first time I encounter such shift. I'm here humbly request fellow OG for feedback before I go to discuss my concern with my manager as such working hours is long and hectic. I'm working in a call center btw and dealing with nasty customer all day. Thank you

Traffic summons & flying out of country

Hi sifu out here...well I just recently got a summons for using the phone while driving lol...so my friend know about this and while we're talking about it he mentioned that if we have unpaid summons we are unable to go out of the country unless u settled all ur saman..is this true? I'm curious

Iriz Suspension

Hi guys, wanna ask a noob question here..im aware that iriz front supension set up is based on MacPherson Strut with Stabiliser Bar. Is the stabilizer bar same as the strutbar?

Meanwhile the rear is set with Torsion Beam Axle...so if i add rear strutbar will it enhance the stability better & will it affect the ESC? is there any pros & cons if add one at the back?
