i booked my holidays few months back.. then 7 days before the trip shyt haps

the trip was from bangkok -> klia -> kuantan

bangkok depart at 4.15pm and reach klia by 5.25pm ..so i book the 9.30 pm to kuantan

but MAS changed the kuantan flight to 6.40pm ...1hour 15min for me to make the connection flight
which i strongly protest via phone and email..asked for refund but mas said cant refund...and i know 1hour 15min is ok but i hate unforseen delay or problems

then shyt hap that day...bangkok flight delayed 55mins..i had to run fr international --> immigration -->domestic gate in 20min (which i barely made it )

if i miss the flight the next flight to kuantan is next day....cant bcos need work.

and my checked baggage fr bangkok didnt make it..soo i had to travel to kuantan airport again collect it the next day

so all things considered..MAS sucks big time

now my question:

i check mas website for the " cancel" klia -> kuantan 9.30pm flight and it stil there...i checked till sep and they still selling it

soo if i purchase the flight will they "cancel" it in last 7 days? and force(no refund remeber) me to take the 6.40pm

is this consider a scam? what can i do?

ps: fck you mas and that mr.benjamin helpline who said bangkok flight wouldnt delay..
