My water cooker plug are die with show no electricity. Then found is the plug broken, do need replace new one. Where i can get it?

As wine nowadays very wide and plenty of choices, which kind of wine will be suitable used on the betrothal ?
I only know Hennessy & Black Label, but this two was quit expenses.

I need your advices as I am first time travel there, I wonder which method should I use for car rental? I fly with AA to there. I found many car rental website can find but not sure which is better, even when I book flight at AA website also got show car rental.

This is about buying property query. Found Kopitiam more people around, so asking at here.
Anyone have buy house before? For the buyer is that possible to get discount for loan legal fee and stamp duty fee from lawyer? I heard have people said can get and some said impossible. So makes me confuse now.
The stamp duty fee should be the money use to pay to government for stamping, am I right?

For those who have experience, May I knw when your property agent submit your request to bank for loan, is that the bank agent using own hand phone to call you for your slip documents submition, is that normal?
And they might give their own personal email address for you to send them your bank slip for proceeding. I have no experience on this, but mY I know is this normal?
As they don't use their working(bank) email for this and also not use their office phone for this.
