Lift Size vs Foyer Grill

hi all. I would like to know anyone know how to calculate whether the foyer grill fit into bomba lift .

My condo lift bomba with measurement:

Width = 1400mm
Length = 2250mm
Height = 2350mm

The foyer grill dimension is 1800mm width and 2550mm height.

Based on the contractor, the foyer grill frame does not fit into the lift.

But based on the calculation, diagonal of 2350 mm height is 3606mm which is suppose to be fit if we get the frame slant .

Anyone can confirm based on calculation ?

Hi all,

I receive an email regarding fire insurance policy on my purchase of house which gonna complete in 3 more years. The covered period is this year. My question since this is not completed project, why the insurance start making charges ? Is this the usual practice when you take MRTA ?

I did not request but it automatically send me the policy.

Hi guys, newbies here. I have pay the deposit of 1k initially to purchase a property. After signing the SPA, does the deposit of 1k will not be return ? The SA told me it will transfer the deposit to the water, tnb bill. is it true ? Deposit for water and tnb need 1k ?
