I have opened a CDS account with a remisir in maybank investment bangsar, i purchased a stock amount of rm11k, so yesterday i just transfer the funds to my cds account with enough cash, but today i receive the outstanding alert to pay for the stocks(due date), my account have cash but i do not know how to pay, and my remisir is making noise that i did not send him receipt for transferring the money, i told him I'm using apps got no receipt, he said it will be a contra trade, after that he did not reply my WhatsApp anymore, so what will happen to my stock account as I'm still new in this things.

Housing loan interest question

My full loan was 650k, was acknowledged monthly 3k installments.

Now the loan issued to me was 510k and my interest monthly already 2.1k, if my loan fully distributed 650k mean every month my installments was only few hundred and interest is 2.5k...

Road accident question

So i saw one biker hit a pedestrian crossing the road not at zebra crossing, the girl was rushing for school forgot to check the incoming biker, the biker did not break and hit her, the biker fell off and damaged the bike and him self, the girl also sustain intenal injury but walked off, the biker didn't do anything and moved their bike to another side, so both party just walked off like a bad day happened to them.

By law who's fault? If we really wanna pick a side and help, how do we defend each party? The biker was Bangladesh look alike people. Girl was local.

Hi guys, i have a few questions regarding foreign funds..

The funds is coming from Thailand

If the funds in Thailand already paid tax or declared under other person name, if he transfer the funds to my personal account will i still need to pay tax and declare to the Bank Negara?

Will it be difficult for such large amount of transaction?

Will it be easier to open a foreign investment company to get the funds?

Hi guys, if I'm about to receive some money from overseas ranging amount around 100k, what's the procedure to secure this money? Just declare and pay tax and it's all good? Or the government will track the sources of money to prevent money laundering? Because i don't think i can prove how this money earn but just from another person bank account.
